The Big Red Short Walk 2012 will start at the gates of the Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, where he trained to be a Naval Officer in the 1960s, and over a week the route will cover the 100+ miles to Mylor, where he kept his beloved yacht ‘Eleanor of Poole’ for 20 years. Once here we will scatter his ashes at sea.
